FirstMate Limited Ingredient Pacific Ocean Fish Meal Original Formula uses a combination of wild-caught herring, anchovies, and sardines. This limited-ingredient, grain-free, and pea-free recipe is designed for dogs with dietary restrictions and is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages, including the growth of large-size dogs weighing 70 pounds or more as adults.
The recipe contains ocean fish meal, potato, and a limited selection of functional ingredients. Chicken fat is preserved with mixed tocopherols; the manufacturer states that its chicken fat is processed free of protein.
